Leonard Cohen tonight, at WAMU Theatre,
home of uncomfortable padded (they try) folding
chairs. I wasn't into LC before Paul turned me
on to him -- and I'll be forever grateful. This
makes me weep, every time I hear it:

and as a bonus: the nose. I love his nose. It's the perfect nose. Really. No joke.
I love that man. Why are people laughing in the background? I'll beat them up if they laugh tonight.

  3. What a great video. As far as the laughter goes-- sometimes some members of an audience will laugh at a piece that's very emotionally charged just because they have no other way to process it.

  5. Ima"s message is from me from me too. Carol turned me onto to him a few weeks ago and that is all I want to listen to these days. You are so fortunate and deserve your Paul in your life. :))

  6. Just got home from LC: he was sublime.
We left in a state of grace, to quote Paul. Sigh.

  8. Collin, yes, and although he was a spry 74, skipping off the stage etc., it will probably be my one and only time to see him perform. I'm still in a swoon!

  10. Mary SW -- thanks for stopping by. Yes, LC is a master. Heck, I'd go so far as to say he's a god. Sexy even at 74.
