I got this recipe from Emily Lang
at our Block Watch party:
make old-fashioned macaroni'n'cheese,
enough for a 13x9" pan. (You know --
white sauce, cheddar, pasta.) Add to it
a small can Muir Glen fire-roasted diced
tomatoes and about 1/4 cup minced pickled
jalapeno's. Bake as usual.
It will knock your socks off.
