Isn't summer over?

We are still frost-free here on our little east-facing hill in Doug-fir Land. While the pumpkin harvest has ended elsewhere, my little conjoined twins continue to plump up:

Odd little buggers, aren't they?

And a few last flowers, which show no intention of giving-in to the seasonal turn:

  1. Bon chance for your twins. I think we're soon to have frost here, and I shall put winter coats on the Oleanders any day. For the moment it's rain, rain, rain!!!

  2. those twins are adorable!! Harvest when done, display lovingly. Or better yet, figure out how to dry them and make them into gourd art.

Your blooms are doing great for mid November....same here, though we are considerably south of you.
